GB EDVII Postcard with Australian Postage Dues
The area of postage dues can be fascinating. This card is correctly taxed, and postage due stamps have been affixed. However, it seems that the stamps were pre-cancelled by blue pencil before being separated from their sheet and affixed.

Trinidad postage due 1947-1961 D26ac from reverse showing the wmk error
Image of the block from the reverse to show clearly the watermark error. The St Edwards Crown is shown at the bottom in the selvedge to the left of the plate number. It is interesting to debate just how this block should be described as all the stamps are actually D26a with the correct wmk, only the selvedge shows the error in this example.

Trinidad postage due 1947-1961 D26ac, with a hidden secret!
A block with a hidden secret - 2 different crown watermarks.
The Multi script CA watermark W9 is known with 2 errors. The first occurred when a crown fell away from the dandy roll that impressed the watermark into the paper. The second error occurred after the missing crown was noticed and the wrong crown was used to fill the "hole", giving w9b St Edwards Crown.
The image from the reverse of the watermark is shown separately
