Description: I collector Black Americans on US & Foreign stamps,FDC, and PostCards. I have been collecting since 1982 and became a full-time collector in 1987. I am a member of a Black American Stamp Society called ESPER ( Ebony Society of Philatelic Events and Reflections ), we have over 100 members and have internationals members also. ESPER has a table every year at both Mega-Stamp Events and works with the USPS to encourage more Black Americans to collect stamps. I was President of ESPER from 1995 to 1998, I now serve as the Liasion to the American Topical Association for ESPER.
